  • Community Partnerships & Business Development Lead (Part Time)

    At Livewell, we’re creating a welcoming retail and community space that helps people live well as they age or navigate disability. Backed by Allied Medical’s expertise in assistive technology, Livewell connects people with products, advice, and services that support independence and quality of life.

    We’re looking for a Community Partnerships & Business Development Lead to build meaningful relationships across the aged care and disability sectors. This role is all about connection — growing awareness of Livewell, increasing referrals, and creating engaging community experiences through events, partnerships, and outreach. You’ll play a key part in bringing people into the Livewell space and turning strong relationships into real impact.

  • Logistics Co-ordinator

    We are looking for an experienced and reliable Logistics Co-ordinator to join our Operations Team in Albany. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehousing or logistics experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take the next step in their career.

    What you'll be responsible for?
    • Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Receiving, unpacking, and checking inward goods and returned trial equipment.
    • Maintaining stock organisation and assisting with regular stock counts.
    • Ensuring the warehouse is clean, safe, and well-presented.
    • Supporting logistics and operational processes to meet customer expectations.
    • Assisting other teams across the business as required.

  • Purchasing Co-ordinator

    We are looking for an experienced purchasing professional to join our team to work alongside our suppliers around the world.  As part of the Purchasing Team, you'll be responsible for the purchasing and stock control for a number of our global suppliers.  

    What you'll be responsible for?

    • Optimisation of stock levels based on system-generated suggestions  
    • Create and manage purchase orders and logistics
    • Maintain stock and supplier master data
    • Analyse stock, sales and purchase data to allow you and the company to make better decisions
    • Lead S&OP forecast and supply reviews
    • Prepare for and attend supplier meetings and reviews

  • Marketing Assistant

    We are looking for a positive, organised, and adaptable team player who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is willing to contribute wherever needed. While experience is beneficial, a willingness to learn, solve problems, and embrace new tools and technologies, including AI, is more important. The ideal candidate will be curious, resourceful, and motivated to continually improve how they work and create.

    What you'll be responsible for?

    • Provide general marketing administration support, including managing the marketing inbox.
    • Assist to coordinate internal and industry events, exhibitions, and online education sessions.
    • Coordinate in-person and online education for both internal and external customers.
    • Create, load and maintain content on the Allied Medical website.
    • Support general office tasks such as meeting set-ups, catering, and uniform management.
    • Build positive working relationships with team members, customers, and suppliers.
