Donate Your Old Rollator and Receive $100 Off Any New Rollator Instore
Drop off your old rollator at our Livewell Albany store any time during December and we’ll give you $100 off a brand-new rollator purchased in store on the day. It’s a wonderful time to treat yourself, or a loved one, to a safer, more comfortable way of getting around, especially heading into the holiday season and summer outings, and you’ll be helping someone else at the same time. Your pre-loved rollator will be donated to trusted local charities supporting older people in our community, so good equipment can keep supporting independence, mobility, and confidence, while also staying out of landfill.
Our range of rollators includes plenty of options to suit different needs and tastes, with a variety of colours, styles, sizes, and features to choose from, whether you’re after something lightweight and easy to fold, extra stable for everyday use, or with handy extras like a seat, storage bag, or ergonomic handles. Our team in store can help you compare models, adjust the fit, and make sure you leave with the rollator that feels right for you. Trade-ins must be clean, in safe working order, and suitable for re-homing. Conditions apply and are listed in full below. Offer valid until Livewell closes its doors on 31 December 2025 at our Albany store.
