Patron Piper Comfort Buggy

The Piper buggy is a robust, non complex buggy for children under 50kgs. The footplate is solid and allows children to climb into the buggy themselves, then a 5pt harness secures them. The Piper back reclines between 90-135 degrees and has the option of a canopy for those children who require cocooning. With a stroller handle for easy pushing, it performs well at the mall, or off-road at the park and folds down umbrella stroller style for compact storage at home or in the car. It is our most popular buggy!

Description

The Piper Comfort buggy is used for short term transportation and activities. It has a fully foldable undercarriage made from lightweight aluminium and is available in one adaptable size. The seat to footrest length can be adjusted and by using an optional additional seat size-reduction inlay and footplate raiser the buggy can be adjusted to fit the child's changing size from a child of approximately two up to a maximum load of 50kg's.

The buggy is equipped with a seat base that has an adjustable calf rest, extended reclining backrest, solid wheels, detachable and adjustable footrest and a 5-point harness with crotch belt and shoulder padding. The variability of this buggy and the ability to attach a wide range of accessories allows the user's varying needs to be safely catered for. 

We currently only hold stock of Grey Black. Other colours may be available by special order.

For example, the Ottobock Eco Buggy supports children up to 50 kg, while MyWam models such as Mewa and Mouse are sized according to height and weight ranges. Always refer to the individual product specifications to ensure the correct fit.

    The Patron Piper Buggy is Such a Great Choice

    The Patron Piper buggy is such a great choice when looking at options for community access. Parents have shared that they can put it up and fold it down with ease. It is a comfortable stroller with a good harness. The canopy also provides a way to withdraw environmental stimulation for some of our neurodiverse children, who can find going out into the community overwhelming. Families have shared that having this option means the can enjoy more activities in the community as a family, in a way that is safer, calmer and more manageable for everyone.

    A game-changer for our family!

    The Patron Piper has been a game-changer for our family. For children who struggle with sensory input, the canopy provides a sense of security, creating a safe space where they can self-regulate. It has made attending family and community events so much easier, giving us peace of mind knowing our child is safe and comfortable.

    Since using the buggy, we’ve felt less isolated and more able to participate in outings. We've also noticed how much calmer and happier our child is when they can retreat into the buggy, which has significantly reduced stress for us as parents.
