Leckey BeMe Seat Moderate

The BeMe Moderate is part of the BeMe family of three configurable supportive seats, designed to grow and adapt with every child throughout life. This innovative solution is ideal for children at GMFCS Levels 4–5 who require enhanced pelvic stability, trunk support, and additional postural accessories.

With its growable contoured cushion, the BeMe Moderate ensures pelvic stability as a child grows. Featuring a deep ischial well, width-adjustable trochanteric supports, and a depth-adjustable ischial shelf, the cushion provides continuous pelvic support while preventing forward sliding. Accordion foam and 4-way stretch fabric allow for deep immersion, pressure relief, and comfort, while abducted positioning promotes healthy hip development.

The BeMe Moderate also includes a unique lumbar support system that encourages an upright posture. An angle-adjustable sacral pad connects seamlessly to the thoracic pad, supporting the lumbar spine and reducing slumping. This design helps improve function in everyday activities such as eating, breathing, and communicating.

Designed to respond to children’s changing needs, the BeMe Moderate can be upgraded with a split seat base and cushion, accommodating non-correctable asymmetry such as leg length differences or wind-sweeping. A wide range of interchangeable accessories, such as ankle huggers, booties, or shoulder protraction wings, allow further tailoring to individual needs.
